Other coverages are often optional:
- Coverage of treatment costs can be an option to travel insurance. If your health insurance does not cover treatment costs abroad then we strongly advise you to add this option to your travel insurance. The costs of care abroad can indeed be very high.
- Loss of baggage is very often an option in travel insurance. If you are traveling with a large volume of luggage, it may happen that one of them gets lost during a transfer. We advise you in this case to take the loss of luggage as an option of your travel insurance.
- Legal protection is also often placed as an option in travel insurance. It is always a good idea to add legal protection to an insurance contract to be sure of being protected as much as possible in the event of litigation in a foreign country.
