Calculating my car insurance: which coverage should I choose?

The auto insurance coverage you choose depends heavily on the age of your vehicle and your budget.

If you own a new car or one that has been in use for less than 5 years , we advise you to choose comprehensive casco insurance. Full casco remains very interesting for new (or top-of-the-range) vehicles if you cannot afford to buy a new car in the event of damage to yours.

In addition, if you have purchased a leased car, you are subject to the obligation to take out comprehensive casco insurance.

If you have a car that has been running for more than 5 years, we advise you to choose partial casco insurance. The latter still covers a large number of damages, you can adapt the covers over time and it remains much cheaper than full casco insurance. In addition, after 8 years of circulation of your vehicle, comprehensive casco insurance only reimburses the cost of replacing your vehicle.
